STAGE 1
Presentation of 2 to 3 layout options in the form of 2D floor plans with precise measurements. This stage includes up to two rounds of revisions.
STAGE 2
Development of the selected layout, presented through 3D visualizations illustrating the final design concept. The package includes up to two rounds of revisions for this stage.
STAGE 3
Technical documentation based on the selected layout and approved visualizations, including:
- Modifications to partition walls (if applicable)
- Electrical and plumbing layout plan
- Suspended ceiling design
- Flooring layout plan
STAGE 4
A list of key materials and furnishings, including:
- Flooring (wooden, vinyl, panels, or tiles)
- Freestanding furniture
- Fixtures and fittings
- Lighting fixtures
- Skirting boards
- Decorative wall and ceiling moldings
The design is created based on provided architectural plans or dimensional floor layouts.
Site survey services are available at an additional cost, with pricing determined individually based on project location.
*Rooms with an area of less than 20 m2 are priced individually
