Collaboration with an interior architect - Sylwia Brancewicz Interiors
How does the collaboration process look?
1. Once the offer is accepted, I provide a contract for your review.
2. Our collaboration begins upon signing the contract. At the outset, I send a tailored questionnaire to gather essential project details and requirements. I also invite you to share your interior design inspirations to guide the creative process.
3. If the project involves a site survey, we schedule an on-site meeting to conduct precise measurements. For properties still under construction, where partition walls may not yet be in place, we develop the initial concept based on the architectural plans. The site survey will be completed before the technical documentation phase.
4. We then begin the design process according to the selected service package. The design process begins with the development of a functional layout. After presenting you with initial layout concepts, we collaborate to refine and finalize the most suitable option. Should any concerns arise, we can arrange a consultation to address feedback and ensure alignment before moving forward.
5. Following approval of the functional layout, I create a comprehensive interior concept, represented through high-quality 3D visualizations. These visualizations incorporate all proposed materials, finishes, and furnishings. The collaboration package includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.
6. Upon reviewing the visualizations, you are invited to provide feedback either via email or during an online meeting.
7. I integrate your feedback into the updated design and share the revised version for your approval.
8. If needed, we schedule another consultation to discuss and implement a second round of adjustments, which is included in the collaboration package at no additional cost.
9. Once the visualizations are approved, I prepare a detailed list of materials and products. This list is sent to you for review and final approval. At this stage, modifications to product selections can still be made if required.
10. With the visualizations and budget accepted, I develop the project's technical documentation. This package is shared with you for review and formal approval.
11. Upon final approval, the complete project package, including all documentation, is delivered to you.
