STAGE 1
Presentation of 2 to 3 layout options in the form of 2D floor plans with precise measurements.
STAGE 2
Development of the selected layout, presented through 3D visualizations illustrating the final
design concept. The package includes up to two rounds of revisions.
STAGE 3
A comprehensive list of essential elements, including:
- Flooring (wooden, vinyl, panels, or tiles)
- Freestanding furniture
- Fixtures and fittings
- Lighting fixtures
- Skirting boards
- Decorative wall and ceiling moldings
The design is based on provided architectural plans or dimensional floor layouts.
Site survey is available at an additional cost, with pricing determined individually based on project location.
